• HOA Documents: PDF files of your CC&Rs, bylaws, and architectural guidelines that you upload for analysis
• Project Description: Text description of your renovation project (fence, solar panels, deck, etc.)
• Email Address: If you contact us for support or updates
• Payment Information: Processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your credit card details.

Information Collected Automatically

• IP address and browser type
• Pages visited and time spent on our site
• General geographic location (city/state level)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your ARC submission package
• To analyze your HOA documents and generate compliance reports
• To communicate with you about your submission
• To improve our service and website
• To prevent fraud and abuse

3. Data Storage and Security

Your uploaded documents are processed on our servers and temporarily stored to generate your submission package. After processing is complete, your documents are retained for 30 days to allow you to re-download your package, then automatically deleted.

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission. Payment information is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

4. Data Retention

• Uploaded documents: Deleted 30 days after processing
• Generated submission packages: Deleted 30 days after generation
• Email communications: Retained for 1 year for customer support purposes
• Payment records: Retained as required by law and tax regulations

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Google Analytics (anonymized usage data)
• Legal authorities if required by law
