HOA Approval provides document preparation assistance for homeowners seeking HOA/ARC approval for renovation projects. Our service generates a submission package based on your HOA governing documents and project description.

2. Not Legal Advice

HOA Approval is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The documents we generate are prepared assistance tools, not legal documents. You should consult a qualified attorney for legal advice regarding your HOA obligations.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

We do not guarantee that your HOA or Architectural Review Committee will approve your submission. Approval decisions are made solely by your HOA board and are outside our control.

4. Accuracy of Documents

You are responsible for reviewing all generated documents before submission. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all HOA rules have been identified or interpreted correctly in your governing documents.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your submission package, contact us at support@hoaapproval.com for assistance.

6. Privacy

Uploaded documents are temporarily stored for processing and automatically deleted within 1 hour. We do not share your documents or personal information with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

HOA Approvals liability is limited to the amount paid for the service ($29). We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our generated documents or the outcome of your HOA submission.
